1. Privacy policy

Intelligent Data informs the web users about its policy regarding the processing and protection of user’s and client’s personal data that may be collected via the navigation or contracting of services via its website.

In this respect, Intelligent Data ensures the compliance with the current regulation with regard to the protection of personal data, contemplated in the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th concerning Protection of Personal Data and in the Royal Decree  1720/2007 of December 21, approving the Regulation that Develops the LOPD.

The use of this website implies the acceptance of this privacy policy.

2. Data collection, purpose and data processing

Intelligent Data has the duty to inform the website users about the personal data collection that can be done, either through the send of an email or by filling the forms included in the website. In this respect, Intelligent Data will be considered the responsible of the data collected through the methods outlined above.

In turn, Intelligent Data informs the users that the purpose of the processing of the collected data contemplates: Access to requests from users, the inclusion in the contact agenda, provision of services, management of the commercial relationship, …

The operations, arrangements and technical procedures that are done in an automated or no automated way and which enable the collection, storage, modification, transference and other actions on the personal data, are recognized as personal data processing.

Every personal data, which are collected through Intelligent Data website, and thus are recognized as personal data processing, will be incorporated in the files reported to the Spanish Data Protection Agency by Intelligent Data.

3. Information communication to third parties

Intelligent Data Informs the users that their personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, provided that such data transference is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the necessity of a contractual relation with a responsible of processing. In this last case, the data transference to the third party will take place only when Intelligent Data provides the user’s the explicit consent.

4. User’s rights

The Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th concerning Protection of Personal Data concedes to the interested parties the possibility of exercise a range of rights related the processing of their personal data.

As far as the user’s data are subject of processing by Intelligent Data. The user’s could exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancelation and opposition in accordance to the provided in the current legal regulation regarding the personal data protection.

In order to exercise these rights, the user must address via written communication, providing documentation demonstrating his/her identity (National Identity Card or Passport), to: Intelligent Data, Av/ Punto Mobi Nº4, 28805, Alcalá de Henares, Madrid (Spain) or the address replaced in the General Data Protection Registry. Such information must reflect the following information: user’s Name and Surname, the application request, address and supporting documents.

The exercise of rights must be done by the user. Nevertheless, they may be executed by an authorised person as legal representative of the authorised. In that case, it must be provided the supporting documents that accredit this interested representation.
