The watch constantly tracks various patient variables, including heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, diastolic and systolic blood pressure, body temperature and physical activity, providing key data for monitoring the user's health.

Perceived Health

The watch has an integrated survey adapted to the device, allowing users to record their sensations at specific times, from moods to possible physiological alterations.

Tablet Integration

Device management is carried out by medical staff through tablets, using a dedicated application that facilitates efficient patient control and monitoring.

DATA MANAGEMENT

ID Vita Care is an interoperable platform compatible with most devices on the market, both smartwatches and telemedicine terminals. In the same way, the platform allows the integration and management of data from all types of medical devices such as: pulse oximeters, blood pressure monitors and electrocardiograms, among others.

All these sources of information allow the creation of personalized profiles of each patient so that the medical staff, together with the data recorded in the face-to-face consultations, can have the most complete profile possible. ALLPREVENT is a real-life project in nephrology centers using the ID Vita Care platform as a basis. In this case, the platform incorporates artificial intelligence to improve the care of patients with chronic diseases by collecting, analyzing and processing data in real time. Using Artificial Intelligence (AI), the system makes it possible to detect changes in the patient's state of health and anticipate possible complications before they become serious problems.
