  • PURPOSE

                For what purpose will we process your personal data?

                 In INTELLIGENT DATA SL we will treat your information for:

      • Maintenance of the commercial relationship and provision of the contracted service.
      • Making a budget adjusted to your needs.
      • Manage email communications with interested parties.
      • Carrying out the company's selection processes.
      • Management of the company's employees and human resources

 

How long will we have your data?  

               The personal data you provide will be kept for as long as the business relationship is in force. However, in order to have the maximum transparency with you, we indicate that the general calculations we work with are

 

      • Accountant, tax advisor: six (6) years.
      • Labor: ten (10) years.
      • Selection processes: two (2) years from the delivery of the curriculum vitae.

 

              However, despite the existence of these general deadlines, we inform you that we will periodically review our systems to proceed to delete those data that are not legally necessary.

              What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

              Depending on the purpose of the collection of our data, the processing of your data is necessary:

    • Manage the commercial relationship you have signed and contracted with us.
      • Execution of a contract (enabled by Article 6.1.b RGPD)
      • Consent of the person concerned (inhabited by Article 6.1.a RGPD)

 

    • Making a budget adjusted to your needs.
      • Performance of a contract and/or pre-contractual relationship (enabled by Article 6.1.b RGPD)

 

    • Manage email communications with interested parties.
      • Consent of the person concerned (inhabited by Article 6.1.a RGPD)
      • Legitimate interest (enabled by Article 6.1.f GPRS)

 

    • Carrying out the company's selection processes.
      • Consent of the person concerned (inhabited by Article 6.1.a RGPD)

 

    • Management of the company's employees and internal human resources
      • Contractual performance (enabled by Article 6.1.b RGPD)

 

           Likewise, all the data collected is necessary for the provision of the service. However, those data marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory. If the compulsory data are not provided, INTELLIGENT DATA SL will not be able to provide the contracted service.

             What rights do I have with regard to data protection?

             To which recipients will your data be communicated?

           Your data will not be given to any company. However, in order to have the maximum transparency with you, we indicate that for the sending of commercial communications indicated above, we currently use the tool Mailchimp, adhered to the Privacy Shield (more information by clicking here).

           Therefore, by means of this double opt-in mechanism, you give us your explicit consent for the purposes described above, as well as the possible international transfer of your data to this platform (for more information we attach your privacy policy).

       From INTELLIGENT DATA SL we put the maximum effort to comply with the data protection regulations since it is the most valuable asset for us.
