ID Vita Home is part of ID Vita, our new telecare ecosystem. In addition to the HUB, it is composed of two important elements that complement the functionalities of ID Vita Home:
ID Vita Smartwatch: A device with the latest advances and software fully adapted to the needs of the telecare sector. This device allows to add to the ecosystem the information related to the user's activity and vital signs monitoring.
IData Nexus: Our device management platform and multimedia services. Nexus is also responsible for managing the sensors associated with our terminals and will allow the analysis of the data provided by the sensors.
The main advantages of the ecosystem, beyond its innovative functionalities within the sector, are its autonomy and independence. The different components of the ecosystem are totally independent, which facilitates their integration and implementation in a staggered manner with the current services of any organization. The device is developed using a fully customized version of Android. An operating system that allows us to adapt the system to the needs of our customers and integrate it in an agile way in their current systems. In addition, it stands out for a number of features that make it a unique terminal in the market:
High quality screen and camera: ID Vita Home is a unique device in the current telecare market in Spain as it integrates a high quality screen and a camera to make video calls in an agile and comfortable way. The terminal is available in two models: a "Pro" version with a 10.1" folding screen and a "Compact" version with a 5.5" screen.
Accessibility: The device is designed with its end users in mind. Throughout its design, we have worked to add a series of important improvements in terms of accessibility, thanks to our experience gained over more than 30 years. We highlight its integrated keyboard with buttons of different shapes, textures and reliefs for an intuitive use of the terminal and an intuitive interface, as well as voice recognition for navigation in the system.
Connectivity and sensors: Connectivity is key nowadays in any smart system. ID Vita Home offers all types of communications: WIFI, GSM, 4G, Blueetooth and NFC. In addition, it has ZIGBEE 3.0, MATTER and Z-WAVE connectivity for home automation integration. Among the main remote sensors compatible with the system we highlight: fire detector, CO2, presence, electricity and water consumption, as well as natural gas, propane, butane and carbon monoxide detectors.
Integration with the main protocols: As a terminal focused on telecare, ID Vita Home is compatible with the main protocols in the sector: PASOS, SCAIP and DTMF, among others.
Compatibility with UCR devices: The ID Vita ecosystem is compatible with UCR devices using the European social alarm frequency of 869 MHz. This allows users to make an alarm call in case of emergency.
Complies with the UNE 158401:2019 standard: Our ID Vita Home terminals are adapted at software and hardware level to the requirements of this standard. Thus, our device complies with all industry requirements. This standard establishes the minimum quality requirements and level of performance that a telecare service must meet. This standard applies to both public and private telecare services, in its basic and advanced modalities, as well as to the provision inside or outside the home.
Edge Computing: ID Vita Home uses edge computing, performing a previous analysis of the collected data, preprocessing global variables and optimizing data packets so that the delivery to the ID Vita Nexus cloud platform is as efficient as possible.
A window to new services
The multimedia functionalities and technical features of ID Vita Home represent a unique opportunity in the market to improve assistance and care services for its users. Firstly, the device facilitates the unification of social and healthcare services in a single terminal, in a simple and personalized way for each user. On the other hand, its multimedia capabilities enable the launch of audiovisual campaigns customized by demographics, time of year and other variables.
