At a time when healthcare technology is advancing by leaps and bounds, at Intelligent Data we believe that true transformation involves putting people at the center. That is why, in our ALLPREVENT project, we have opted for an innovative approach: incorporating perceived health as an essential part of clinical monitoring.
Perceived health is a person's subjective assessment of his or her own physical and emotional state. Beyond the biometric data provided by medical devices, knowing how the patient feels-whether they have pain, insomnia, worry or fatigue-can make a difference in anticipating complications and personalizing treatment.
A model centered on the actual patient experience

At ALLPREVENT, more than 400 hemodialysis patients use an adapted smartwatch to quickly and easily record their perceived state of health. Using an intuitive menu with icons and large text, they can indicate physical and emotional symptoms in complete autonomy.
This information is automatically transmitted to the project platform, where it is combined with other clinical data, biomarkers and environmental factors. Thanks to our artificial intelligence-based architecture, medical teams are provided with intelligent dashboards that enable them to detect patterns, anticipate serious events and make more accurate decisions.
Technologyíthat listens, learns and cares
The integration of perceived health brings multiple benefits:
- Reinforces the patient's active role in his or her own care.
- Improves patient-health professional communication.
- It allows a more complete and sensitive monitoring, capable of capturing indications that biometrics do not reflect.
- It contributes to a more humane, proactive and personalized care, even outside the hospital environment.
Since the start of the project, the feedback received from patients and clinical staff has been very positive. The daily follow-up not only improves medical outcomes, but also increases the confidence and well-being of the people involved.
Innovation is better care
At Intelligent Data we are convinced that technological innovation makes sense when it improves quality of life. Betting on perceived health is to move towards a more empathetic model, where the patient's voice counts as much as his or her vital signs. ALLPREVENT is just the beginning. We continue to work to bring technology to the service of real care: closer, smarter and more human.
ALLPREVENT is a collaborative project promoted by Intelligent Data as the main technological partner, in alliance with the University of Alcalá (UAH)the Renal Foundation and a hospital consortium composed of the Hospital Universitario Príncipe de AsturiasHospital General Hospital of Guadalajara and the Infanta Leonor Hospital.
This joint effort is possible thanks to the institutional backing of theSpanish Center for Technological Development and Innovation(CDTI) and the Carlos III Institute of Health (ISCIII), whose coordinated action makes it possible to advance in cutting-edge solutions that integrate technology, health and science.
