For the verification of the EMVL1 Contactless standard for our device SmartLottery Advanced - ID 42device, we have counted with the collaboration of Applus+ Laboratories. The company specialises in the development of technical solutions to improve product competitiveness and foster innovation.
In the case of SmartLottery, Applus+ Laboratories has been in charge of validating the functionality and interoperability of the terminal hardware. The verification carried out guarantees our customers the acceptance of most of the card and mobile payment solutions currently on the market.

Smartlottery Advanced is our new model of POS terminals adapted to the needs of the users of the Sales Network of the ONCEdeveloped together with Telefónica, Zelenza y Denso Ten Spain.
With this new terminal, we seek to continue this trend of integral design thanks to the feedback from our customers and the opinions of its end users, incorporating innovations in the field of accessibility within the device itself.
Among its main innovations, we can highlight the following:
- Braille guides on the device's own touch screen and on the device's casing.
- Euro banknote validator with audible warnings to the user.
- Highly efficient barcode scanner, together with an actuator button on the side.
- Text-to-Speech converter, and high-powered hands-free sound.
- Higher capacity batteries and better connectivity (Wifi, Bluetooth or NFC)
After the completion of the current pilot of the project, Smartlottery Advanced it will reach 19,000 retailers and close to 9,000 physical points of sale.
