From Intelligent Data, the University of Alcalá (UAH), the Renal Foundation and a consortium of hospitals including the Hospital Universitario Príncipe de Asturias, the Hospital General de Guadalajara and the Hospital Infanta Leonor, we are already working on a new innovative project called "ALLPREVENT", thanks to the joint action of the Center for Technological Development and Innovation of Spain (CDTI) and the Institute of Health Carlos III (ISCIII).

ALL PREVENT, our pioneering innovation project in Spain, aims to generate a system for predicting intercurrent pathological events in patients with complex chronic diseases, through non-invasive monitoring of vital signs and analysis of circulating biomarkers. This project involves the Health Computing and Intelligent Systems Research Group (HCIS) and the Faculty of Medicine, both belonging to the University of Alcalá (UAH), as well as the different hospitals and healthcare centers mentioned above. Intelligent Data S.L. will act as technological partner of the project during its development.

Among the main challenges and objectives of "ALLPREVENT" we highlight:

    • The use of minimally invasive portable devices capable of detecting vital signs.

    • Use in the project of the different biomarkers used in clinical monitoring.

    • Generation of a data collection, storage and organization system.

    • Simultaneous analysis of environmental factors that may be associated with disease development.

    • Development of proactive predictive models based on massive analysis of this information and novel Artificial Intelligence algorithms, which can identify risk factors and behaviors that contribute to the worsening of chronic diseases, and recommend preventive interventions to help patients adopt healthier lifestyles and better manage their chronic conditions.

    • Development of an intuitive, efficient and secure graphical interface to present results to treatment managers in order to improve patient care and optimize clinical and administrative processes.

In the coming months we hope to share more details and progress on this exciting challenge aimed at improving the quality of life of people, especially patients with complex chronic diseases.
